Holiday Shop This Weekend!

4th Grade Rocks and Minerals

Students in Mrs. Foley's fourth grade class are proudly showing their structures they build as a culmination to their rocks and minerals unit.



Peer Leader Presentations

Students from Wakefield High School came to Woodville today to talk to our second and fourth grade students about the dangers of smoking and bullying. They talked to our students about the importance of making positive choices.






Fall Poetry

Students in Mrs. Burdick's first grade class wrote beautiful fall poems.

It's A Girl!

Congratulations to Mr. Bouchard and his wife, Nicole, who welcomed their third child into the world on Saturday November 13th. Ashley Rose was 8lbs and 8oz and 21 inches long. Everyone in their family is doing well and I wish them the best.

Learning about Technology

Mrs. Hughes was teaching a first grade class about some basics about MS Paint on her computer. Students were then able to create their own work.

Book Reports

Students in Mrs. McCarthy's class recently completed book reports on a book they read and completed projects.




Cereal Book Reports

Students in Mrs. Siafakas' third grade class designed cereal boxes to describe the text features of a book they read.

Regions of the US in 4th Grade

Students in our 4th grade classes are studying the different regions of the United States through the curriciulum this year. The have currently been studying the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions.



Responding to Literature

Students in Mrs. Ferguson's fourth grade class created book reports and used areas of the body to tell others about the plot, characters, setting, etc. of their books.


Studying Massachusetts

Students in Mrs. McCarthy's class have been studying the history of Massachusetts.



Math with Mr. Verge

Students in Mr. Verge's 3rd grade class were learning about adding multiple sets of numbers today in their math class.

Reading Quilt

Mrs. DiIsso, our new reading specialist, is also a quilter and hung one of her creations in her office.

Learning Monday in 1st Grade

Students in Mrs. Burdick's first grade class were working on counting money in their math lesson today.




Learning about Bugs in 2nd Grade

Students in Mrs. McDonald and Mrs. Machaiek's class proudly showed off their bugs they created for their science unit. They taught me many facts about bugs and insects. We have budding scientists on our hands!
