Cases of Swine Flu have been identified in the US after originating in Mexico. While, there are no current confirmed cases in Massachusetts, I'd like to share the following information with you.

Today the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) released an Advisory for school and child care settings with preliminary guidance on:
- preventing the transmission of infections such as influenza;
- reporting higher than normal absenteeism; and
- additional specific resources for providers
