Letter About Pick Up

Dear Families,
This week I am writing to you to ask for your cooperation to adhering to our pick-up procedures at dismissal times. The procedure is in place to ensure the SAFETY of all our students and family members picking students up at the end of the day. I know the weather is cold and it is harder to walk a long distance, however, you must follow the procedures below. Lately, parents have been parking illegally by the dumpster, double and triple parking in the side parking lot, and parking in handicapped spaces --- requiring people with a legitimate handicapped tag on their car to park far away from the building.
In addition, when driving out of the Woodville parking lot onto Farm Street, please pay close attention to the crossing guard. It has been noted that people are driving very quickly out of the lot and some are disregarding the guard’s signals. When you stop, please do not block the crosswalk. I urge you to follow all the rules to keep all of our families safe.

Pick Up Procedures
Parents picking up their students at the end of the day will have three choices for parking. Parents may park along either side of Farm Street or they can park in either the student parking lot by the Superintendent’s Office or the Field House parking lot behind the High School. At the end of the day students will be dismissed out the back of the Woodville School onto the playground at 2:45 p.m.
